ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced
Operations Manager
to lead and optimize our recruitment operations. This is a leadership role focused on driving recruitment delivery, improving operational efficiency, managing recruiter performance, and ensuring seamless client delivery.

This is
not
an HR Operations or Administration role. The ideal candidate should have experience managing recruitment teams, recruitment funnels, operational KPIs, client delivery, and process improvements in a target-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Operations
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement allocation to candidate joining.
- Monitor sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, offers, and joining conversions.
- Ensure every application is contacted, screened,



and updated within defined SLAs.
- Minimize application leakage, candidate drop-offs, delayed follow-ups, and ageing vacancies.
- Drive recruiter productivity and improve recruitment funnel conversions.

Team Leadership
- Lead recruiters, Team Leaders, client coordinators, and recruitment support teams.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and corrective actions.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, urgency, and execution excellence.

Client Delivery
- Ensure timely and quality delivery across all client requirements.
- Monitor turnaround time, interview movement, client feedback, and closure probability.
- Handle client escalations professionally while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Improve client satisfaction, retention, and overall delivery performance.

Process Improvement & CRM
- Ensure complete ATS/CRM compliance across
