As an
NLP (Natural Language Processing) Engineer
, you will help build, evaluate, and improve AI systems that understand, process, and generate human language. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning, computational linguistics, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop intelligent language-based applications and enhance the performance of next-generation AI systems.

Your responsibilities may include developing NLP models, fine-tuning language models, analyzing text datasets, evaluating AI-generated responses, building text processing pipelines, integrating LLM APIs, improving prompt performance, and ensuring high-quality AI outputs. You'll collaborate with AI researchers, machine learning engineers, software developers, and data scientists to build scalable NLP solutions for real-world applications.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and applications.
- Build text processing pipelines for data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature extraction.
- Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs)



for domain-specific tasks.
- Develop solutions for text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition (NER), summarization, translation, question answering, and information extraction.
- Integrate AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar LLMs into production applications.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and factual correctness.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve AI model performance.
- Analyze large text datasets and prepare training data for machine learning models.
- Optimize NLP models for scalability, latency, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered products and enterprise solutions.
- Follow industry best practices for software development, AI evaluation, and model quality assurance.
