Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high-quality output across projects.
- Execute end-to-end branding projects, including brand identity creation, visual language development, and brand system guidelines.
- Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive visual systems, ensuring strong brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Develop brand assets such as logos, typography systems, color palettes, iconography, and visual frameworks.
- Ensure all marketing collaterals, social media creatives, and digital assets align with brand strategy and positioning.
- Create and maintain a structured library of design assets including logos, icons, brand templates, and social media posters.
- Think creatively to produce new branding concepts and innovative visual ideas.
- Demonstrate strong illustrative skills with rough sketches; create and modify fonts and typography according to brand guidelines.




- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to translate brand strategy into impactful visual communication.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, with strong hands-on experience in Branding projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a design team in a branding or creative agency setting.
- Proven experience in creating brand identities and visual systems from scratch
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Prior experience in social media creatives, brand collaterals, and logo design.
- Excellent communication skills.
