DCE/ BE / BTech in Civil Engineering

MTech in Civil (preferred)
- Experience: 18 – 25 years of relevant experience

Job Description:
- Lead overall project execution, ensuring work is completed as per contract specifications, schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Plan, allocate, and manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and inventory.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with Quality Management (PQP) and EHS policies, conduct safety meetings, training, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities for approvals, drawings, contracts, and issue resolution.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, reports, billing, change orders, compliance certificates,



and project documentation.
- Oversee procurement activities, approve requisitions/work orders, and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
- Lead site administration, chair review meetings, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and mentor project teams, identify training needs, and support employee growth and frontline leadership development.

Desired profile:

• The ideal candidate must have robust expertise in project planning, budgeting, team coordination, and compliance with safety & building regulations for high rise residential & commercial towers

• Candidate must have working knowledge of MS Project
