The role:
You're the daily production engine. You take our brand systems and turn them into finished assets: social posts, ad creatives, Reels/TikTok edits, banners, presentation decks, app graphics, and everything in between.

What you must be good at:
- Figma (expert level, non-negotiable) — components, auto-layout, design systems, prototypes. You'll live inside our files daily. If you know the Anima plugin and dev handoff, even better.
- Video editing — CapCut and/or Premiere Pro. Short-form editing for Reels, TikTok, and ads: cuts, captions, pacing, sound.
- Motion graphics / animation — animated social assets, simple logo motion, kinetic text. After Effects a plus.
- Canva — for fast-turnaround team templates.
- Design fundamentals — typography, spacing, color discipline.



You can follow a brand book strictly without making everything look like a template.

What you MUST include in your application (this is the filter):
- Portfolio link — Behance, Dribbble, Google Drive, personal site. Direct link, no "portfolio on request."
- 3 graphics examples you made — your best work, not agency team work you touched once
- 1-2 video edits you made — links to Reels/TikToks/ads you personally edited
- One line: which tools you used on each example

No portfolio = no reply. That simple.
