QA Engineer (AI Applications) Full-Time

Eligibility
- Final-year B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline).
- Available to join full-time upon graduation.
- Strong interest in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing
- Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory test cases.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Test web applications, dashboards, APIs, and AI-powered products across multiple environments.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before product releases.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

AI Testing
- Test and validate AI chatbots, AI agents, and LLM-powered workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and reliability.
- Identify hallucinations, edge cases, prompt failures,



and unexpected model behavior.
- Test conversational flows, context retention, memory, and multi-step interactions.
- Validate integrations with APIs, CRM platforms, Shopify, WhatsApp, and other third-party services.
- Provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance and user experience.

Automation Testing
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts.
- Execute automation test suites and analyze test results.
- Learn and work with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Contribute to improving automation coverage for regression and repetitive testing.

Required Skills

Must Have
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Valuable knowledge of manual testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Ability to design, execute, and maintain test cases.
