Role Summary The Sr. Executive
– Employee Engagement & Corporate Communication is responsible for shaping the employee experience across the organization. The role includes leading org-wide and global events, driving engagement initiatives, managing communication channels, coordinating with stakeholders, and building a cohesive workplace culture. This role demands creativity, strong ownership, excellent coordination, and the ability to measure engagement effectiveness and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
• Design and execute company-wide employee engagement plans.
• Drive culture initiatives across clusters and business units.
• Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and measure program effectiveness.
• Create engagement frameworks to strengthen employee connection and belonging.
2. Organization-Wide & Global Events
• Plan and execute org-wide events including Leadership Town Halls, Annual Meets, Family Day, CSR Events, and Awards.
• Manage global-level events and conferences end-to-end.
• Ensure brand alignment and consistent employee experience across geographies.
• Deliver event experiences with solid business impact and measurable ROI.
3. Corporate Communication
• Create and manage internal communication content such as announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, and campaign content calendars.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and storytelling.
• Support leadership communication and strategic initiatives.
4. Customer Visit Coordination
• Front-end customer visits with professionalism.
• Coordinate with HR and Admin for agendas, logistics, and walkthroughs.
• Ensure seamless visitor experience.
5. Internal ERGs & Clubs
• Manage Employee Resource Groups and interest-based clubs.
• Coordinate activities, meetings, and engagement programming.
• Drive communication, participation, and continuity.
