Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate and vet agreements including EPC Contracts, Consultancy Agreements, NDAs, MoUs, JV Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, SPAs, Lease Deeds, Development Agreements, and Vendor Contracts.
- Handle legal aspects of land acquisition, title due diligence, property documentation, registration, and mutation.
- Provide legal support for renewable energy projects (Solar) from land acquisition to project execution.
- Advise management on Private Equity transactions, investments, fund documentation, and corporate restructuring.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, property, and regulatory laws.
- Liaise with external legal counsels, government authorities, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage litigation, arbitration, legal notices, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct legal due diligence for acquisitions, investments,



and project financing.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical business-oriented solutions.
- Support contract management throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Profile
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
- 810+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Land Acquisition, or Private Equity is preferrable.
- Solid knowledge of property laws, corporate laws, contract laws, land regulations, and commercial transactions.
- Experience in legal due diligence, project financing, and investment documentation will be preferred.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
