Job Summary

LSC Infratech Ltd. is looking for an energetic and field-oriented Field Talent Acquisition Executive to drive Blue-Collar Hiring across villages and rural areas. The candidate will be responsible for conducting Rojgar Melas, Job Fairs and Recruitment Camps, mobilizing candidates and supporting the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct Rojgar Melas, Job Fairs and Village-Level Recruitment Camps.

• Visit villages and rural areas to source and mobilize potential candidates.

• Create awareness about employment opportunities at LSC Infratech.

• Coordinate with local representatives, ITIs, Skill Development Centers and other stakeholders.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews and joining.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.

• Achieve assigned candidate mobilization and hiring targets.





• Prepare regular recruitment activity reports.

• Travel extensively across assigned locations as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–6 years of experience in Field Recruitment, Rural Hiring, Candidate Mobilization, Community Outreach, NGO, Skill Development or Placement Activities.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and interest in field recruitment may also apply.

• Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable interacting with rural communities.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
