Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi.

1. Capex & technical procurement — Source refrigeration systems, insulated panels, racking, MHE (reach trucks, pallet trucks), reefer vehicles and DG sets; run technical evaluation with projects/engineering before commercial negotiation.





2. Opex & consumables — Manage recurring buys across pallets, packaging, cleaning and food-grade sanitation chemicals, spares, refrigerant gas, and AMC contracts for multi-location warehouses; drive rate contracts over spot buying.

3. Vendor management & compliance — Build and audit a vendor base across zones, ensure GST/statutory documentation, food-safety and quality certifications where applicable, and maintain vendor scorecards on quality, delivery, and price.

4. Cost & inventory control — Deliver year-on-year savings through negotiation, alternate sourcing, and demand aggregation across locations; control spares inventory and reorder levels to balance uptime against working capital.

5. Process & systems discipline — Own the P2P cycle end-to-end in ERP (indent → PR → PO → GRN → invoice), enforce approval matrix and DOA, and publish procurement MIS on spend, savings, and lead tim
