Role Description
The Lead Architect for Germany Opportunities is a full-time, in office position based in Germany. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing architectural solutions that support technology and process requirements tied to Germany-focused projects, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs. The Lead Architect will collaborate with software development teams to define technical architecture, guide integration approaches, and maintain system quality and scalability.



Daily responsibilities include leading architectural design reviews, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders, preparing documentation and technical roadmaps, and providing mentorship and direction to development and implementation teams. The role also involves working closely with internal and external partners to ensure that solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills to define, document, and communicate robust solution architectures.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Integration to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and ensure seamless system interoperability.
