Position
Head of Department (HOD) – Radiology

Qualification
- MD Radiodiagnosis
- DNB Radiology
- DMRD

Registration
- Valid UPMC (Uttar Pradesh Medical Council) Registration – Mandatory

Experience
- Minimum 10 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in Radiology
- Prior experience in leading a Radiology Department or Diagnostic Centre will be preferred

Salary
? ₹7– ₹8 Lakhs per Month

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Radiology Department as the HOD
- Independently perform and report Ultrasound (USG), X-Ray, Routine CT Scan, and MRI
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality radiology reporting
- Supervise radiologists, technicians, and departmental workflow
- Maintain NABL/NABH quality standards and departmental SOPs
- Coordinate with referring clinicians for appropriate diagnostic support
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety and statutory regulations




- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting standards

Skills Required
- Strong expertise in USG, X-Ray, Routine CT, and MRI reporting
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Sound clinical judgment and diagnostic accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled, ethical, and patient-centric approach
