Key Responsibilities
Quantity take-off from architectural & structural drawings
Preparation & verification of BOQ for civil works
Cost estimation for RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring & finishing works
Contractor bill verification & cost control
Monitoring budget vs actual costRequirements
Relevant experience in real estate / construction projects
Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis & billing
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Valuable coordination skills with site teams
