The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible to Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to generate actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.




- Build and optimize data models, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and consistency across sources.
- Develop DAX/SQL queries for complex calculations, automation, and performance optimization.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic and operational decision- making.
- Ensure BI solutions follow governance, security (including RLS), and documentation standards.
- Support stakeholders through ad-hoc analysis, storytelling with data, and continuous improvement of BI solutions. Recommend opportunities for reuse of data models in current environments.
- Responsible for creating complex stored procedures, views, data aggregation through table joins/queries.
- Analyzing and translating business needs into visualizations solution.
- Provide technical documentations for knowledge transform, technical training, coaching for project stakeholders.
- All other duties, as assigned.
