Role Description
The Fundraiser is a full-time role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in office and work-from-home days. The role involves identifying and cultivating prospective donors, including individuals, corporations, and institutions, and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing supporters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting proposals and presentations, organizing fundraising events and campaigns, managing donor communications,



and maintaining accurate records of contributions and outreach activities. The Fundraiser will collaborate with program and finance teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational priorities and ensure transparent reporting. The role also includes monitoring fundraising performance, suggesting improvements, and supporting the trust’s overall communication and outreach strategy.

Qualifications
- Strong donor relationship-building skills, including networking, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to present the trust’s mission clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in fundraising activities such as campaign planning, event coordination, grant writing, and proposal development.
- Solid communication skills, including professional writing, public speaking, and the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
