1.Promptly call income leads (website, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Whatsapp) and income tax , gst services, company registration , trademark , various licences for the business.
2.Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services
3.Follow up daily assigned leads and convert them into paying customers
4. Accurately update daily calls and call exiting clients for document submission and reminders
5.Guide recent leads through the onboarding process (documents checklists, payment link , process explanation).
Preferred candidate profile
1.Excellent communication in hindi and english.
2.Confident , polite and persuasive phone manner.
3.Prior experience in accounting taxation legal and financial services.
4. Basic computer skills MS Excel, CRM tools.
