Role Description The Executive to Assistant Manager – PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) will be responsible for planning and scheduling production activities, coordinating with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution of production plans. This role involves monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and packaging components, raising requisitions, and aligning procurement with forecasted demand to prevent stock-outs or excess inventory. The individual will analyze sales orders, forecasts, and market requirements to prepare monthly and weekly production plans, track progress against targets, and update stakeholders on variances. Daily tasks include maintaining PPIC documentation and reports, optimizing resource utilization, supporting compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
