Role Description
The Restaurant Manager role at the Aachi Namma kitchen is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing the daily operations area. Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with experience in creating positive guest experiences and handling feedback effectively.




- Demonstrated ability in Hiring and team supervision, including interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management for restaurant staff.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests, staff, vendors, and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality control, hygiene standards, and basic cost management.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to motivate diverse teams and maintain a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling, inventory management, and documentation.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant operations; familiarity with basic POS or restaurant management systems is an advantage.
