We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/GRC solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management, policy and compliance management, audit management, vendor risk management, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, risk officers, auditors, and technical teams to streamline governance processes, manage risks effectively, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business and compliance stakeholders.
- Configure and support:
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Operational Risk Management
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Regulatory Change Management
- Design workflows, forms, notifications,



and automation within ServiceNow.
- Configure risk registers, controls, control testing, assessments, and issue management processes.
- Develop and maintain GRC dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
- Support integration of ServiceNow GRC with external security, audit, and compliance systems.
- Conduct impact analysis, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, audit, and IT teams for continuous process improvements.
- Create technical and functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of overall IT experience.
