Role Description
This is a full-time Real Estate Sales Person role based in Ahmedabad, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Sales Person will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting,



lead follow-up, property showings, and closing transactions for residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential buyers and investors, conducting site visits in Vistara Group developments, presenting property features and pricing, and maintaining accurate records of calls, visits, and deals in CRM tools. The role involves building and maintaining robust client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, coordinating with internal project and marketing teams, and staying informed about market trends, inventory, and pricing. The Real Estate Sales Person is expected to achieve sales targets, participate in promotional events, and represent Vistara Group professionally in all client interactions.
