Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Projects to lead and supervise multiple high-rise residential and commercial projects from the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) side.

The candidate will be responsible for simultaneously managing 4–5 projects, ensuring timely completion, required quality standards, effective coordination, cost control, safety compliance, systematic reporting, snag rectification and successful project handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, monitor and supervise 4–5 high-rise residential and commercial projects simultaneously.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle—from planning and construction through testing, commissioning, snag rectification and final handover.




- Prepare and review master construction schedules, monthly and weekly targets, look-ahead programmes and recovery plans.
- Monitor progress against approved schedules and identify delays, constraints and critical activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, contracts, method statements and applicable codes.
- Review the quality of RCC, masonry, waterproofing, plastering, flooring, faade, aluminium, joinery and finishing works.
- Possess robust practical experience in Aluminium Formwork/Aluform construction, including cycle planning, line and level control, reinforcement checks, MEP provisions, dimensional accuracy, de-shuttering and defect prevention.
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings and identify clashes, discrepancies and constructability issues before execution.
