⁠ ⁠Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency.

⁠ ⁠Solid knowledge of Domestic & International Air Ticketing.

⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with GDS systems

⁠ ⁠Ability to handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary modifications.

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of airline fare rules, routing, and ticketing procedures.

⁠ ⁠Experience in handling both FIT and corporate travel bookings is an advantage.

⁠ ⁠Good communication and customer service skills.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
