- Prepare and cook sushi dishes.
- Develop and implement sushi menu items with Chef
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on menu development.
- Stay updated with the latest sushi culinary trends and techniques.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sushi kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized sushi kitchen workplace.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
