Key Responsibilities
- Conduct topographical, boundary, contour, and layout surveys for project sites.
- Perform setting out of buildings, roads, utilities, and other construction works as per approved drawings.
- Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
- Verify site levels, dimensions, alignments, and coordinates before and during construction.
- Prepare survey reports, measurement records, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, and Consultants for survey-related activities.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved layouts and design specifications.
- Monitor and verify excavation levels, plinth levels, road levels, and structural alignments.
- Maintain calibration and proper handling of surveying instruments.




- Identify survey discrepancies and immediately report them to the Project Manager.
- Support quantity measurements whenever required.
- Maintain all survey records, drawings, and documentation systematically.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while carrying out survey activities.

Technical Skills
- Proficient in handling Total Station, Auto Level, Dumpy Level, DGPS, and GPS Survey Equipment.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of contour surveys, levelling, traversing, and setting out.
- Basic understanding of quantity measurement.
- Familiarity with construction standards and surveying practices.
