Role Description
The Senior Python & AI Trainer in Kochi will design and deliver instructor-led training programs in Python programming, machine learning, and applied AI for diverse learner groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and lesson plans, creating hands-on coding exercises and projects,



and conducting classroom sessions and labs in an in office setting. The role involves assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, code reviews, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The trainer will also refine course content based on industry trends, collaborate with the training team to improve teaching methodologies, and occasionally support workshops, seminars, or corporate training engagements. This is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring consistent classroom presence and active learner engagement.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Python & AI training.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core language features, standard libraries, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
