Job Title: Associate IT Recruiter

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree
- 14 years of experience in IT recruitment, with proven exposure to C2H/Contract staffing.
- Good understanding of IT skill sets, technologies, and role requirements.
- Experience with job boards, Boolean search, and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho, Bullhorn, etc.).
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of hiring processes for both Domestic staffing (mention if applicable).
