Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Junior Accountant role based in Hyderabad in Vachan Insurance Brokerage. The Junior Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining accurate books of accounts. The role involves supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, preparing basic financial reports, and assisting with bank reconciliations and expense tracking. The Junior Accountant will help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards, support audits with proper documentation,



and coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting queries. The position also includes support in budgeting activities, data entry, and continuous improvement of financial processes as guided by senior accounting staff.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess core accounting skills, including knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, general ledgers, and basic financial statement preparation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and productivity tools, such as Tally, MS Excel, spreadsheets, and ERP or finance systems used in Insurance or related sectors.
