Job Title: Project Coordinator

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Budget Range: 20,000 to 25,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, builders, project managers, consultants, and contractors for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Track project progress from enquiry to completion.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations, samples, technical data sheets, and approvals
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Finance departments for smooth project execution.
- Monitor material delivery schedules and resolve project-related issues.
- Maintain project documentation, customer database, and progress reports.
- Organise site visits and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Follow up on payments, work completion certificates, and customer feedback.




- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and service standards.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in paints, construction chemicals, building materials, or the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Robust follow-up and relationship management.
- Knowledge of project management practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
