Job Summary

KKREA is seeking a agile and result-oriented /Company Field Officer for its partner brand to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence in and around Siliguri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing distributor and retailer relationships, increasing product availability, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective execution of sales and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors on a daily basis as per the beat plan.
- Generate new business by appointing new retailers and identifying potential market opportunities.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.




- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with distributors to prevent stock-outs.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and new product launches.
- Execute promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments wherever applicable.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market visit reports, and expense statements.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and coordinate with internal departments when necessary.
- Maintain discipline in route planning and ensure maximum market coverage.
- Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to achieve business objectives.
