Role Description




The Financial Business Consultant is a full time remote role responsible for advising clients on life insurance and financial solutions that align with their protection, savings, investment, and retirement goals. In this role, the consultant analyzes client financial situations, identifies needs, and recommends suitable HDFC Life products and plans, including riders and customized solutions. The consultant conducts regular meetings (virtual or in-person where required), prepares proposals, explains policy features, and supports clients through the application and onboarding process. Day-to-day activities include maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients, tracking performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams for product and process updates, and staying informed about regulatory changes and market trends. The role also involves proactive prospecting, relationship management, and delivering a high standard of customer service and ethical financial guidance.
