- Plan and manage procurement activities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
- Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, MEP items, equipment, and services.
- Handle local/site purchases to meet urgent project requirements while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and store teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and national suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor order execution until materials are delivered.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.




- Verify material quality and specifications before procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and identify alternative suppliers.
- Track market trends, material price fluctuations, and current sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual requirements.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and savings reports for management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
