Role & responsibilities
- Configure SAM Pro foundation, plugins, and OOTB compliance dashboards.
- Load and configure publisher packs (Microsoft, VMware/Broadcom, Citrix, Salesforce, Oracle DB, CrowdStrike, IBM/RedHat).
- Implement discovery model normalization via content library.
- Enable ALM lifecycle for EUC, server, and network assets using ITSM Pro ITAM features.
- Implement Hardware Asset Management (HAM) catalog & workflows for managing asset lifecycle processes such as procurement, receiving, stockroom management, deployment, refresh, and disposal.
- Configure Asset and CI relationships aligned with CMDB and CSDM best practices.
- Integrate SCCM/Intune/Discovery and validate SaaS/API integrations.
- Support entitlement of imports, workflows, and catalog items.
- Perform testing, UAT support, and Hypercare activities.
