Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and present Hospio’s procurement solutions to hotel decision-makers. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales metrics,



preparing proposals and contracts, and providing feedback from the market to help refine Hospio’s offerings. The Sales Specialist will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and actively contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, understand client needs, and build trust-based relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B environments.
- Ability to deliver Training and product presentations to client teams, explaining features and benefits clearly and effectively.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, procurement, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
