Role Description
The IVF Patient Coordinator (BDS) is a full-time, in office role based at BabyBloom IVF & Maternity Centre in Gurugram. The coordinator will guide patients through their fertility treatment journey,



from initial inquiry and registration to follow-up visits, ensuring clear communication of procedures, consent forms, and treatment timelines. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient flow at the front desk, handling phone and in-person queries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff. The role also involves explaining basic medical and dental-related aspects as relevant to treatment plans, supporting patients with pre- and post-procedure instructions, and helping create a calm and respectful environment for individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. The coordinator will uphold confidentiality, maintain professional behavior, and contribute to a positive experience for every patient visiting the centre.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong receptionist and front-desk skills, including Receptionist Duties and Appointmen
