Product Quality management
- Moderate reviews and support disciplines by using the review tool. Incl. reviewing of processes,
documents …
- Create and maintain the Quality Assurance Plan and monitor the progress during implementation.
- Prepare a regular quality status report and escalate in case of deviations
- Ensure lessons learned are considered into the project and facilitate learning culture in the project team including read-across activities.
- Drive internal measures to improve the quality performance (continuous improvements) and contribute to the QM global strategy definition and drive local execution.
- Moderate / Approve Technical Compliance (TC) Reviews
- Monitor Q target setting and deploy action item tracking for achievement of Q targets.
- Consolidate and check nonconformance costs for products/customers and ensure read across for all affected locations and support changes affecting several locations
- Ensure transparent Q report for relevant Q KPI's for the assigned Product Line and support of production location in case of Q issues and / or customer escalations
Coordinate risk assessment activities for products deviating from Design in serial life and ensure integrity of technical compliance in case of deviation
- Drive preventive and corrective measures from incidents and field performance related to design and secure that lessons learned are applied
- Monitor the requalification of products and processes and adapt the required testing measures by leveraging synergies with change management
