Responsibilities
The role is a
Lead Data Engineer
who will help shape the future of data-driven auditing. With 7–10 years of experience, you will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensure compliance with global data regulations (including GDPR), and empower auditors/inspectors with high-quality data and advanced analytics. You will masterize all the datasets of the perimeter assigned to you, becoming the point of contact for all Internal Audit. This is a strategic role offering exposure to cutting-edge technologies, global collaboration, and the opportunity to influence audit practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize secure, scalable data pipelines for audit use cases.
- Collaborate with audit teams and CDOs to understand data needs and deliver compliant, high-quality data products.
- Ensure data solutions align with global privacy regulations, including GDPR.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize audit metrics.




- Continuously improve data accessibility and quality to support audit missions.
- Stay up to date with emerging data engineering tools and audit trends.
- Document pipeline architectures, data processes, and compliance measures.
- Perform advanced analytics and exploratory data analysis using Python to support audit findings and risk assessments.

Bachelors/Masters Degree of Engineering with 7-10 years of experience

What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on pipelines and dashboards.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and Power BI.
- Experience with up-to-date data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep understanding of GDPR and data governance best practices.
- Experience in audit or compliance environments is a strong plus.
