Vista's Learning is looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive (Voice) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Kannada and be passionate about interacting with customers over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's educational services and offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Update customer details and call records in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Kannada language is mandatory.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
