Role Description
The Product Development Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Amravati, responsible for leading end-to-end product development for knitwear and kids’ comfort wear. This role oversees concept creation, fabric and trim selection, design refinement, sampling,



and coordination with production to ensure timely and cost-effective launch of current collections. The Product Development Head collaborates closely with design, merchandising, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to align product lines with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives. Daily tasks include managing product development calendars, monitoring quality standards, optimizing processes within the vertically integrated setup, and driving innovation in materials and fits. The role also involves mentoring cross-functional teams, maintaining vendor and supplier relationships, and providing data-based input on pricing, volume planning, and long-term product strategy.
