Role Description
The Head of Insurance will lead and oversee the insurance vertical, driving strategy, operations, and growth across underwriting, claims, and partner management. This full-time,



on-site role based in Thane involves collaborating with insurers and internal stakeholders to design and optimize AI-enabled underwriting workflows, risk assessment models, and preventive health programs. The role includes managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, monitoring insurance portfolio performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The Head of Insurance will analyze financial and actuarial data, refine product offerings, and recommend improvements to pricing, risk controls, and claims processes. This position also requires building solid relationships with insurance partners, contributing to product roadmaps, and aligning insurance solutions with the company’s broader HealthTech strategy.
