We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Head to lead our end-to-end marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head who can take complete ownership of the company's marketing function. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Meta Ads, social media management, content strategy, creative direction, and offline brand promotions. This role requires someone who can build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth through innovative marketing campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets,



audience targeting, retargeting, and lead generation funnels.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance metrics and submit regular marketing reports.

Social Media Management
- Manage the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth through consistent content strategies.
- Monitor trends and implement creative marketing ideas.

Content & Creative Direction
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise photo and video shoots.
- Lead the development of reels, advertisements, posters, promotional videos, and other marketing creatives.
- Work closely with designers, editors, and content creators to maintain a consistent brand identity.

Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute offline branding campaigns,
