Role Description
The Business Growth Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Xennora Solutions’ market presence. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. The specialist will analyze market trends and performance data to propose growth strategies,



collaborate with internal teams to design and refine offerings, and participate in presentations, demos, and negotiations. Daily activities include coordinating projects tied to partner onboarding, tracking progress against targets, preparing reports for leadership, and continuously optimizing growth initiatives to strengthen Xennora’s position in the EdTech space.
