We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience planning, managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns with $1M+ annual ad spend to generate qualified leads, increase conversions, and drive business growth.

? Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube)

Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis

Develop campaign strategies to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)

Monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies, budgets, ad copy, and targeting

Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads Conversion Tracking

Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audiences

Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights

Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads features, platform updates, and industry best practices





? Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

Experience managing $1M+ annual Google Ads spend

Strong understanding of PPC advertising, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization

Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Knowledge of Google Ads Conversion Tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation

Robust analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven optimization decisions

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Experience managing lead generation or e-commerce campaigns is a plus

Experience managing Google Ads accounts with Monthly Invoicing (Invoice Billing) is highly preferred.
