Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, carousels, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Manage and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize creatives, audiences, and budgets for better results.
- Grow and engage online communities through meaningful interactions and timely responses.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors to produce engaging,



high-quality creatives.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Track and analyze social media performance, preparing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives through creative social media execution.

Required Skills :
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook business accounts.
- Well-versed in Meta Ads Manager, with experience creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, audience engagement, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, and other platform-native content.
