About the Role

Join an early-stage AI startup building automation solutions for finance teams. You'll work directly with the founder to validate product ideas by engaging with finance professionals, understanding their challenges, and helping shape the product based on real customer feedback.

Responsibilities
- Conduct primary market research by identifying and reaching out to Controllers, AP Managers, Finance Managers, and CFOs.
- Schedule and coordinate customer discovery calls through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Participate in customer interviews, document insights,



identify recurring pain points, and summarize findings.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects, track outreach progress, and support competitor and market research.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with professionals and scheduling meetings.
- Strong research, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Google Sheets/Excel. Interest in startups, AI, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
