Key Responsibilities:



E-commerce Management
- Drive online revenue growth across marketplaces and the brand’s D2C website.
- Manage and grow marketplace performance across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and other relevant platforms.
- Achieve monthly and annual online sales targets.
- Improve conversion rates, traffic, and Average Order Value (AOV).
- Manage catalog listing, product visibility, and online merchandising.
- Ensure inventory planning and stock availability across platforms.

Digital Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns including paid search, social media ads, and marketplace ads.
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, CAC, and digital campaign effectiveness.
- Drive traffic acquisition, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee SEO, website performance,



and digital analytics.

Marketplace & Customer Experience
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers.
- Track customer ratings, reviews, and marketplace performance metrics.
- Plan and execute online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
- Prior experience managing marketplace business and D2C e-commerce platforms.
- Robust understanding of performance marketing, digital analytics, and marketplace algorithms.
- Experience in catalog management, online merchandising, and campaign planning.
