Role & responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules using planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Develop project work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity sequencing.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule updates.
- Analyze critical paths and project risks affecting timelines.
- Track manpower, equipment, and material requirements against project plans.
- Assist in resource planning and productivity analysis.
- Support project cost control and earned value analysis.
- Prepare recovery plans for delayed activities.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning inputs.
