Description
We are looking for a Sr Product Owner with strong healthcare (Provider domain) experience, to lead requirement gathering, backlog refinement, and product delivery for a global client.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams and onsite stakeholders.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support design process by defining user journeys, preparing/guiding wireframes and identifying technical solutions with the best practices of latest API frameworks.
- Familiar with web-application technologies/standards such as react, REST and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Standards and Protocols such as HIPAA, MIPS/MACRA, HL7,FHIR etc required.
- Work closely with UX, engineering, and QA to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and demos with distributed teams.
- Ensure product alignment with clinical workflows and physiotherapy use cases.

Required Skills & Experience
- 12-18 years of experience in Product Owner/Manager role
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Agile teams.
- Ability to translate client needs into functional requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global clients.
- Must have hands on experience in Presales consulting activities.
