Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Call Agent role based in Jamshedpur, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and document interactions in the company’s systems. The role includes resolving basic issues, escalating complex concerns when needed, and following scripts and guidelines to maintain service quality. The Call Agent will collaborate with team members, meet call volume and quality targets,



and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience. Regular communication with supervisors and adherence to schedules and performance standards are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, explicit speaking ability, and active listening to understand and address customer needs.
- Basic computer literacy, including typing, navigating CRM or call center software, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle call queues, meet performance targets, and follow established procedures.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Jamshedpur, with a reliable internet connection for remote work days.
- Comfort working in shifts if required, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
