About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, creative and technically strong Senior Graphic Designer Packaging & Brand Communication to lead packaging design projects from concept development through final print-ready artwork and production delivery.
The role will primarily focus on packaging design for beauty and personal care products across formats such as labels, shrink sleeves, cartons, sachets, pouches, tubes, bottles, jars, gift packs and other printed packaging materials.
The candidate will also guide the development of POSM, trade marketing materials, digital marketing creatives, e-commerce visuals and other brand communication assets. The position requires robust packaging expertise, team leadership, brand understanding, pre-press knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects from brief to final execution.
The selected candidate will lead junior designers and work closely with the Executive Director, Marketing, New Product Development, R&D;, Quality, Packaging, Procurement, Production, Sales and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Design and Development
- Develop original, commercially relevant packaging concepts aligned with brand positioning, target consumers, product categories and market requirements.
- Manage packaging projects from initial brief and concept development through artwork, approvals, pre-press and final production.
- Design and adapt packaging across multiple SKUs, pack sizes, formats, substrates and markets.
- Work accurately with dielines, cutter guides, technical drawings and packaging specifications.
- Create high-quality product mock-ups and presentations for management, customer and internal approvals.
