Job Title: Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Energy Storage / Battery Ecosystem

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Business Development & Partnerships to drive strategic business relationships and sourcing partnerships within the Energy Storage and Battery ecosystem.

The primary focus is on developing long-term partnerships for sourcing technical materials, components, and services, while managing key accounts across the value chain.

The ideal candidate should have experience as a Key Account Manager or Business Development qualified handling technical products and services, preferably in Lithium Battery Systems, Inverter Systems, Energy Storage, EV, or related industrial domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Partnerships
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners for sourcing battery materials, components, and technical services.
- Develop long-term supply and technical collaboration relationships within the energy storage ecosystem.
- Negotiate commercial terms,



pricing structures, and partnership frameworks.

2. Key Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key partners and suppliers.
- Act as a single point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Ensure alignment between technical, commercial, and operational expectations.

3. Technical & Commercial Alignment
- Understand technical specifications of Lithium Battery Systems, inverter systems, and energy storage components.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to align sourcing strategy with product requirements.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities, quality standards, and scalability potential.

4. Market & Vendor Development
- Conduct market mapping of suppliers, OEMs, and service providers in the battery ecosystem.
- Identify alternate sourcing opportunities to improve cost efficiency and supply reliability.
